The Fifth Doll Collector Get-Together :)

19th August - the day we could meet again :)
This time - because of our new home -, it was me who invited my doll collector friends to spend a funny day together.

Jane and Charles had also some guests. Szabrina and Máté came first, with big bags.

They brought some gifts. Charles got a bottle of white wine:

They also brought a box of  Ferrero Rocher and a fresh and delicious festive bread with red-white-green ribbons (colours of the Hungarian flag) on it:

Jane got a beautiful summer dress from Szabrina:

The children's gifts were: a big colourful ball to April and a bunny for Emma:

They could chat a bit before the young couple had to leave.

Then came the Petrov Family: Dr. Daniel and his wife Léna, and their two children: Léni and the little baby Níla. They quickly made a group photo because Petrov's had just a little time there.

Léna made some new crocheted dresses for the girls, and a beautiful round tablecloth, it was a lovely gift!

Then came Leslie and Elora Sheperd with two of their three kids: Alanna and baby Clara. Damien, Alanna's twin brother was in a week long camp with his best friends.

Jane was so happy because Elora was a good old friend but sadly lives too far. They promised each other that they will talk more in the future by phone. Then they talked about the wedding.

Jane: I don't know, Elora, there is so much to do that I feel it will never happen...

The girls had a great time together also.

Emma: Come, Alanna, play with my real bunny, Snowball. You can watch my toys, too.

The adults sat down to the table and Jane made strong coffee for them - although she can't drink because she is sensitive and it would be bad for her.

While chatting Charles had the feeling that Leslie looks so much like Jane's brother, John... Surely because both of them love motorcycling and Harley Davidson...

The kids enjoyed playing with Snowball very much, then Emma fed him with a fresh carrot.

Alanna: I would like to get a bunny, too!
Emma: Tell this to your mother. Maybe she lets you to get one.

They all had great time.

In the evening Rosie and her husband, parents of Charles arrived for a very short visit. They were in a hurry so could not accept even a dinner invitation - just gave a kiss to their granddaughter, April and of course Emma whom they loved the same way.

The day was busy and the last guest was Francie, paternal cousin of Charles who came with her another cousin Barbie just to say hello.

So there were many guests and many dolls :) I enjoyed the day so much!
Here I show you some more pictures of my favorites:

And of course my favorite program was photographing grannies and twins!! :D

Captain Iglo's:

Thank You all for this precious day!
